Nether Warden

This character design is one of the first of the Horrors, a collective of otherworldly cosmic entities created for Throne of Bone. It's simple in its execution, but certainly one of my favorites.

At the start of combat, the Nether Warden projects its essence forth from its eldritch brazier, inflicting damage equal to its health upon any enemy across from it.
